2025 Season
Alabaster
by Audrey Cefaly
OPENING IN FEBRUARY: A comic drama about healing and the power of women. ALABASTER features an all-female creative team and is the poignant tale of a reclusive woman living with her two goats, one who drinks beer and spews wisecracks. Their world is turned upside-down when a photographer arrives to shoot pictures, revealing more than the women bargained for. Broadway World raved, “You’ll laugh, cry, and everything in between…” The Chicago Tribune wrote: “A nuanced…play…that examines how people cope with trauma and what recovery can look and feel like.”

Happening live with the audience. Written by Iranian playwright Nassim Soleimanpour, the Los Angeles Premiere of this global sensation explores the restrictions, censorship, and denial of individual choice faced under a harsh regime. Sound familiar?
